    I'm really not trying to argue or piss any of you off. I just really think this has been a problem with this site for a looooooong time. Seen a lot of new people post a few times, get made fun of, and then never seen or heard from again. There's just got to be a better way.

My point is there's a better way to curb that behavior than to come into the thread and [expletive] all over it. I mean you guys DO want traffic to the site, right? You're turning so many newbies away.

Not every post is going to be some expert dissertation on some obscure statistic. If you dont like a thread title, then dont click it. Dont click it and then complain about it inside the thread. Some people are new and dont understand the rules. NICELY direct them towards better practices, dont shame them in their own post. Just my two cents. This has been a big problem with this forum for a long time. Theres a group of specific people that [expletive] all over any post that doesnt fit their criteria, and its silly. /vent
