    Yeah, felt bad for Fielder. Can tell he just loved playing and probably doesn't know how to do anything else based on his upbringing and going straight from HS. But now he gets to retire and be the dad his father never was and his family is set for life.

    I don't think its his achilles cause he took a couple of steps afterwards and was in some pain, with achilles he doesn't ever make it off of the ground. I'm thinking hamstring or quad. Hoping for cramps.

    They did this in 2000 and it was awful, I think it was the point where I though NBC should never broadcast any sports ever again. I have zero desire to even watch these Olympics so if this is the case I won't bother.

    Sadly that is true. Two coaches were suspended for 2 weeks without pay. I knew Jim Turner was an idiot, just had no idea it was to this level. Somewhere Richie Incognito is laughing. I'm sure recruits mom's will enjoy asking questions regarding this.
