M&MD want the Mets game cancelled. I'm not sure I agree, based on this alone*. But it might get rained out anyway, so combine the conditions with that fact, and it might be a good idea. *They wouldn't have cancelled the game if this was a normal civilian that crashed. They wouldn't have cancelled if this was a Marlin, nor if it was a Ranger, Jet, Giant or Knick. I don't really get why they'd cancel. You'd hear, out of respect, but what does that mean? Is it really disrespectful to a baseball player to play a game on the day of his death when he's not involved on the team. I don't think it is. But the weather does play a factor.
