video of the push WOW They just had it on ESPN and I think I saw this right - on that immediate foul on the inbounds after the first technical the refs gave Charlotte an act of shooting foul at midcourt as soon as they caught it, so they got 3 free throws. Sure the guy might have been pretending to shoot it, but nobody ever gets that call, ever. That's when the Richmond coach lost it and got kicked out. Justifiably so I'd say. That was some shady officiating.

I despise everything about the way Cody Zeller plays basketball. And he has not been called for an over the back call in approximately 86 games.

It's somewhat worthless but Iowa would be 11-5 in conf if the games ended at the 38 minute mark this year. Ha. I cling to what I can. That was a typical Iowa game, but Illinois just refused to take the game when we tried to give it to them. That and two, at this point in the season, miraculous 3's from Oglesby.

I hate those calls - even when my team gets them. They need to call every one of those a block until teams stop coaching it, and players stop doing it. It's ruining the game.

I'm betting there's better pick up games going on at the field house right now, assuming rob griffin is still hanging out there in between lines of blow. Rob Griffin probably inhaled the fewest number of lines on that team, which is saying something. Yeah, no, not at all. I was thinking he played with the Hogan teams. Those years are a bit fuzzy.

Fail to take advantage of opponents horrid shooting. (And favorable early calls) Insert an awful lineup consisting of five backups for no discernible reason when you have momentum. Commit 5-6 totally unforced turnovers. Play Oglesby/McCabe together for extended minutes when foul trouble isn't a problem. Par for the course for Iowa. A lot of bad luck for them this season, a lot of it the fault of their own coach.

Is there any legit site to stream this game today? NBC sports is really pathetically lacking with their streaming options. No sin of this game on univision either. I'm hoping to avoid the dodgy quality of firstrowsports etc...

Is he going to be re-arrested every time someone else comes forward? I can't imagine he'll be given a bail this time (he shouldn't have been the first time fwiw), so the answer is no. You would've thought. Ron Musselman Hoffman sets bond at $250,000 with electronic monitoring.

Officials have no business getting involved in this type of thing. Slippery slope and all that. Mike Carey asked the coaches to take meaningless timeouts in the MNF game so espn could get in some more commercials. What else will referees do to help ad revenues? Phantom penalties to encourage change of possessions?
