Tough break for Versteeg. I was happy with the Hawks season last year. They and LA were clearly the class of the league by a wide margin and someone had to lose. But we can't lose to them again. Anything short of the SC Final is a huge disappointment. And since they should roll anyone in the East, that means anything but the Cup is a disappointment.

Kuemper isn't going to cut it for that team in this division. A lot of the yapping heads have been saying how hard it will be to get out of the west this year and especially the central. I don't see MN getting in again.

Well said. The funny thing about Carcillo is he's a better skater than he is goon. He can't hit and isn't a very good fighter anymore, if he ever was. But as you said, Q has a man crush. So be it.
