    Way to pick up D-Lee! Lohse has a tendency to look bad like this early and then before you know it he's settled down and pitching deep. They need to keep the pressure on him.

    I didn't see how bad Chad looked this week, if he did at all. But I'd think he would be a better play than Bowe. Although if Huard is playing that probably increases his value. I tend to agree about playing LJ over Forte and Maroney. They are playing Oakland, after all.

    Yeah, probably. I think TLR realizes the Cards are toast. Though he could just get his revenge in a couple of weeks when his team will be for real eliminated.

    Can play two WRs out of Edwards, Burress and Jennings. Can play two RBs out of Peterson, Maroney, Forte, L. Johnson and Rice Obviously, Peterson is a lock. I'm thinking of starting Forte over the others. Thoughts?

    I will be hanging out in a party suite, drinking free beer and praying to God that the Cubs regain their mojo. Nice. That's the way to do it. We're only going on Thurs this week. I would like to have the W flag out for a sweep!

    I had to face Turner this week. Which made my decision to leave Forte on the bench unfortunate, if not entirely stupid. I could start two of A-Pete, Maroney, LJ, Rice and Forte. I went with Maroney and A-Pete, and I need about 29 points tonight out of the latter. Not holding out much hope.

    The question is who to root for? Does our natural hatred for the Packers go over the fact that Minnesota is the true threat in the division? Im not saying that the Bears are going to be contenders this season, but I dont remember entering the 2006-2007 season with particularly high hopes. I don't know who to root for. I would have said yesterday at this time it doesn't matter because the Bears are going to win 4-6 games. But now, I would say that I am not rooting for anyone. Both present a real threat in the division, whether we contend or not. I'm rooting for Adrian Peterson to get me about 36 points tonight. :wink:

    It was very exciting. I try to think back to what I knew about steroids at the time. I remember thinking McGwire was on the stuff, especially when the Andro story came out. But I was pretty sure Sammy was clean. Heh.
