    Right, but nobody is even close to getting past them. Least of all Kane. I know the guy scores goals in spurts, and he's truly dynamic when given open ice. But at this point, he's nearly useless out there. Totally pushed around. The one check he tried to throw, he bounced off the guy and nearly fell down. The defense has him completely wrapped up. And to boot, he gives little to no effort in the defensive zone and doesn't backcheck at all. Get him off the ice. In general, I agree with you about his style of play. But I thought he's been good tonight. Grabbed some loose pucks, even came close to getting into some board battles. Haha, yeah I think a few times he might have almost tried to win a loose puck on the boards. :)

    Versteeg was too worried about making the hit to grab the loose puck. He's been rabid out there the last several shifts.
