Dude just hit an insane bunker shot on 11. Not much suspense but still fun to watch a little golf to pass a Monday afternoon at work.

Yeah and along those lines, I'll take an early season mea culpa on Oduya. He's been very solid. That said, the game isn't all that physical right now. I'm still concerned that come April and May he's going to get pushed around in his own zone again, but can't worry about that now. Also, Crawford was named the league's second star of the week, behind only Marleau. Surprised, but he has played well.

Brookbank was ... not good. Rozsival has been much better. No doubt. Would be shocked if Brookbank plays again tonight.

This has been an ugly game. But taking care of business against lesser competition. About to be undefeated through 1/6 of their road schedule.

All that defensive zone time and the penalty are Brookbank's fault. Terrible turnover.

Only thing I could think was he thought the player angled his skate to bank it in. But it looked like it went off his stick, and either way, that's reviewable. So it must have been some perceived interference. Either way, Kane should have scored on that last shift.
