That's fair. It was a bad call. If you want to call a charging minor for going after a "defenseless" player, that's fine I guess, although I don't know that the rules call for that. He got him high up in the shoulder area. There may have been a little contact with the head, but not much. And he didn't leave his feet until after the contact when he was falling down. If a Hawk player got a penalty at all for that, I'd have been ranting and raving about how the league might as well go no-check.
