  1. And they Lionsed it. I spoke too soon! Campbell should’ve punted, hindsight.
  2. Lions up over the Vikes with 2 mins left…24-21, and they have the ball. Wow.
  3. Primary receiver stared down (check), 3 guys covering him (check) and an overthrown pass (check).
  4. Get ready for Getsy (like Nagy) to say they haven’t implemented the full system yet and once they do, Fields will throw more.
  5. Fields has mastered the art of handing the ball off I would agree minus the numerous bad hand-offs. Not entirely true. This is the part where blame is given to the OL or the RB anytime there is a miscue.

  7. You were saying? I’ll stand by it
  8. Certainly looks better than certain 1st rounders in that draft Edit: as he throws an INT Yep. Even with his INT
  9. Mills looks pretty good for a 3rd rounder in the 2021 draft
  10. Don’t know how it’s possible but Fields is regressing
  11. He’s a FA too entering 2023 at 29
  12. Going to be a really interesting offseason for them. They had the 6th highest payroll in the league this year which is pretty significant for the Sox. They tanked for 4 years to get a core that has given them 2 playoff wins in 3 years. Maybe TLR “retiring” helps spark something but in reality they need to shake up their core. Just about every key position player besides Abreu (who is 36) had a disappointing season. It’s probably still salvageable but it won’t be a breeze for them. They tried to copy the Cubs tanking plan and so far have gotten little out of it The contract to Moncada is pretty significant for his production ($17m ‘23, $24m ‘24, $5m buyout)
  13. I wanted so bad to be the first one to say something like this but I was saving it for at least one more week Haha. Hey, he hasn’t been good, it’s only week 2 and I’d love to see him play better and succeed but I find myself searching for positives. Week 5 may have been a little aggressive but if there are plays that can be made - and he’s simply not progressing and pulling the trigger - another move is necessary.
  14. And here we are, Bears fans embarrassing themselves. Ok Tim
  15. By week 5, we could be seeing Semian
  16. If Fields played against the Bears D, his performance would’ve been much better.
  17. Cue the upcoming George McCaskey rant about losing to the Packers is unacceptable, blah, blah, blah
  18. Fields has a long way to go. At some point we’ll start hearing about Poles and Flus wanting to pick their own quarterback. And around we go
  19. On the bright side, maybe the new coaching staff is open to making adjustments at half.
  20. Bears getting their asses kicked by GB year after year. Outclassed. Embarrassing.
  21. Hmmm…eerily reminiscent of general comments I made about him last year. I hope he proves me wrong.
  22. Alzolay sighting in the 8th
  23. I’m liking what Javier Assad has been able to do with his opportunities. If he continues, he’ll be a nice depth piece for 2023
  24. Fields locking into the primary receiver. Shocking.
