Good luck winning at Illinois.......that is unless we go into the "I'm pretty sure we're going to win but let's see how close we can make it" offense at the end of the game with a lead. UI almost gave the game against Wisky back because of it. Wow after beating us in overtime you seem a little confident? Purdue has won there last 3 away games....Any who I'll be there to cheer on my Boilermakers and see another big win on the road...Hopefully haha i think it was your objective journalist friend who was the one being a little overconfident. illinois at c-u is likely to be a much tougher game tham msu at purdue, so i have no idea why he chose to leap over the illini. Well both were somewhat, but still U of I shouldn't think they "pretty sure we're going to win" they beat us in overtime and we've been on fire since the Penn State loss. I'm not ripping U of I, but it's Big Ten basketball...you never should have a game where you pretty sure your going to win this year unless it's against Iowa or IU....everyone else will put up a game

He was a top-100, 4-star recruit. who was averaging 4 PPG this season and had made 1 three pointer in his college career. Umm he was lights out from three and yea I saw that stat....It had nothing to do with him being a big recruit he's a 4 or a 5 who went 5-5 from three point range and had only hit 1 three in his career before that

And Lewis Jackson should yell at whatever guy on his team didn't call that screen out. I don't blame Krabenhoff at all, his man however should get an earful. He threw a elbow on that...Smart play by him, but a cheap shot

so my theory holds for another game Sigh, I really don't want to buy that theory because things like "Luke shoots and makes turnaround fadeaway 20-footer over Hayward" just awe me, but you're probably right. Harangody seems to be ND's new Brady Quinn - denied his deserved accolades because of an incredibly disappointing supporting cast. Except while BQ tended to have worse numbers against better teams, Luke actually plays better against them. And yet like the football team ND gets way too many votes in the polls. No way they should be ranked. Hey Cubbie we got a big game tonight...It'll be two in a row on the road against two pretty good teams With the week off I'm a little worried about how our shooting will be. We could start bad and have to rally in the second half. Although with a week of rest Kramer and Hummel should finally be 100%. Yeah it scares me a little for Grant's sake and Moore's. Grant especially has been very hot shooting wise lately, but Johnson seems like he's been alright this year even with a week off and I think it will only help Hummel and Kramer even more.

Only if Isiah Thomas was running the Blazers, sadly. Do Vinny and Pax even make it through the season? I say Vinny no maybe half way or after the all-star break....Paxson will be fired before 2010, but I hope it's earlier -

He still put up some decent offensive numbers, even without the O-line being strong. He throws a lot of picks, but throws for a lot of yards too. he never had much of a running game, either, did he? Nope. I think he really kinda got a raw deal...franchise QB on an expansion team (lot of hope for success there huh?), and then takes the fall when the team begins to figure itself out. Even if he's not a Bear (doubt he will be), I'm rooting for the guy. I thought Carr would have been very appealing to the Bears after he left Houston but he was horrible for Carolina when Delhomme went down with an injury. I still wouldn't mind him coming here to replace Grossman but I wouldn't be expecting much if anything. He wears to gay of gloves

How the hell can you be down by 2 with 3:50 left in the game and end up losing by 20? We are so ridiculously bad! We let them finish on a 20-2 run...Does anyone ever play defense? Please just fire Paxson and Del Negro and get rid of Deng, Gordon, Hughes, Gooden, Noah, and Nocioni and rebuild this year and next -

Very big win 4-0 in conference since the first two losses....Can I ask you a question though. We won the game by 8, but it should have been like 15. When did this team forget how to shoot free throws? Last year the entire team was around 75% or better except for Kramer he shot like 61% last year? Man are free throws killing us. He's the only guy who can make a big free throw down the stretch Yeah, if I were Painter I would put the clamps down and have these guys focusing on free throws. It's driving me crazy cause it's killing us in games. Also Calasan has become really bad.

How is Purdue an 8 seed? Who have they beat that's a good team? Davidson, Wisconsin...but I get your point Yeah, big wins at Minnesota tonight and then at Wisconsin would really help their seeding. Ha and for a small while after the BC V. NC game I thought our tourney win against them...then they lost to Harvard...and then the next two games after that, but yeah tonight and at Wisconsin would be huge for us
