  1. Man, [expletive] that noise; he's the one with a sister with jello biafra and he's still acting the douche, so my [expletive] is clean and guilt-free.
  2. There's something fishy with his teeth. He looked like a completely different dude on Instagram lately. I think it's more than just smiling. http://instagram.com/p/h9CNYGQRBo/?modal=true Looks like he might've had braces when he wasn't showing his teeth when he smiled I guess I love how nobody can find a non-douchey picture.
  3. Aside? That's a good move (not that it matters a whole lot - just saying that it isn't bad). Yeah, who's not counting that as a big move? It was signing him and Lester that got my dirty juices flowing. I'm saying the batting the pitcher 8th thing is good (though not remotely impactful). I know; I was agreeing with what seemed like your response to davell also acting like people aren't really valuing him.

  5. Jesus you're almost as bad as Kyle lol it's almost like he hasn't paid attention in so long he's forgotten that this is what the offseason is like for 99 percent of teams every year. If God didn't call their best prospect back to Heaven I'd argue the Cardinals had a comparable or better offseason. This offseason started off awesome and then turned into an amazing case of blue balls, and it's probably because of a combination of no more money and they don't want to trade the kids. I thought Lucifer called him to hell? I was being diplomatic. Right. Hyperbole aside, it really is one of those "man, 1 or 2 more moves (and moves that it seemed like the FO themselves were looking to do) would sure do a lot to put them in a position to compete now"-type situations. And still have all the room needed to let the kids play.
  6. Never settle.
  7. Christ, he looks like a maximum douchebag. He pretty much has to be great, right? The greats are always maximum douchebags.
  8. I had no idea where he was last year, but he was annoyingly good on the Brewers. It's a good deal that the Cubs could have used. I want things my way.

  10. Firefox always worked fine with NSBB at my old job (obviously); Twitter can go eat a bag of farts.

  12. A lot of employers just block Chrome, period.
  13. Yeah, it's usually just a chance to show off the new toys; the Wood "surprise" wasn't a typical thing.
  14. And I am meatball as hell; conservative estimates can go [expletive] themselves. They're projected at 83-85 wins? So [expletive] what; blow that [expletive] out of the water. Act like swaggering wolf-beasts savaging the land and devouring all they see.
  15. There's still a number of moves or non-moves that are questionable; Aoki going for pennies is just the most recent. Maybe he's broken down or something, but the guy gets on base and even if the young players pan out there's not a lot of patience to go around. Why not take a shot for an OF with a snazzy OBP that can be had for super cheap?
  16. Jesus you're almost as bad as Kyle Whatever. I want them to go balls out for 2015, and it sure seemed like they were going that way and I just don't have faith in the nearly all prospect team that they seem to more and more be betting on. I don't think anyone is asking for anything too outrageous; we were getting word/rumors they wanted another big starter and they wanted a significant OF player. Instead we're probably just getting 3 catchers and Chris Denorfia. That's boring as [expletive].
  17. Yeah, no joke. Yuuuuuuuuup. *Fidgets nervously*
  18. This offseason kicked off so amazingly awesome. And then...
  19. 2015: the return of the douche fans. You've been missed the past 4 or 5 years! Yeah, it was funny at the press conference, but holy [expletive], it is [expletive] unbearable in the hands of the fans.

  22. I am starting the "Junior Lake is a freak and will out of nowhere make up for Javier Baez being a failure as a human being"-BandWGN.
  23. In the first round? Jesus, [expletive], no. That's a terrible idea. Second round probably is, too.
  24. Maybe, though I think that was more that Butler is still in his blah stretch so it was highlighted that much more. Hinirch is a suck-monster all the time.
