    There are a lot of big cities that care far less about sports than Chicago. In California, for example. yeah, that was a weird question. florida too, obviously. just look at how easily cubs fans can get into road playoff games usually too. atlanta couldn't sell out damn playoff games. You guys are flat out nuts if you don't think all of those markets don't have terrible, obsessive sports media out the wazoo. Atlanta's got three miserable sports radio stations just like the Vaunted Chicago Sports Market. Florida has three dozen(!!!!) sports stations. California has twenty seven. Illinois? Only a whopping fifteen, less than the twenty that can be found here in Virginia.

Just seems like the lack of mental fortitude, gutless choking dog, big softy, Yu articles are everywhere by these idiots which seems a bit over the line to me to be pushing such nonsense narratives. And these guys were building in that stuff to their stories from spring for the “fans” who read them to jump all over him the first sign of trouble. That's exactly what the DC area is inundated with here, too. It's everywhere.

    I left to go for a run and go to the gym when the Cubs were down 3-0, and got back just as Bell struck out. I swear, only, like, 20% of the Cubs games I've watched post-WS have been ones where they don't act like turds.
