Zen-like Murton knows nothing but patience. ANYTHING BUT THE DP, RAMIREZ.

Theriot is one Carlos Lee diving catch away from everyone slobbing on his knob. Rest, really? These guys are professional athletes. And Theriot is one who is something like 10 for his last 60.
  8. Sammy Sofa
    Anything but a DP, please.
  9. Sammy Sofa
    MURTON.
  10. Sammy Sofa
Man, that was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Runs, please. No Theriot, please.

*Phew* Great work by Marmol and Howry tonight.
  17. Sammy Sofa
I agree with the 1st 2, but what's the "etc.?"
  18. Sammy Sofa
OK, I am NOT confident with Howry going 2 innings, as much as I love the guy on the mound.
  19. Sammy Sofa
I reallllllly don't feel confident about seeing extra innings with this one.

I can't help it. He has had some pretty noteworthy implosions this year that just stick in my head everytime he is up. That said, he is certainly our second most reliable reliever on the team this year. That's the problem, everyone remembers the bad outings but no one remembers the good outings. Look at his numbers after April - he has been fantastic.. Exactly. Not that he's been as dominant as Marmol, but didn't Carlos have some shaky outings early on? I remember him walking in a winning run in a game.

Howry is the freakin' man. He's like an awesome robot out there. Can people stop acting like it's a rarity when he comes out there and shuts the other team down?
  22. Sammy Sofa
You're really hung up on Howry's first month, aren't you?
  23. Sammy Sofa
    Booooooo, Marquis.
  24. Sammy Sofa
ECH. Theriot is rank these days.
