I'm not surprised Tracy isn't out there because he's looked REALLY bad so far. Yeah, very small sample size and it's early, but this team is trying to already right the ship.
I didn't bring up Rose's intelligence, somebody else said he was too smart to crash a motorcycle and end his career. I'm well aware that it has nothing to do with on-court performance, one of the reasons Garnett went pro out of high school was because he couldn't qualify. Being able to "pass" the ACT or SAT is hardly an indicator of whether someone is smart or not.
Whoever decided that must have locks on their luggage with a password of 1-2-3-4. "Idiots." http://www.shufflingdead.com/News/Hackers-Eugene-Plague.jpg
I'm all for this. Me too. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he's traded to and locked up long term by the Yankees or Red Sox before he hits FA. Yankees don't really have a place for him unless they make him a DH. I would assume that Fielder would be a DH right away regardless of whether he went to the Yankees or Red Sox. The Yankees' lineup with Tex and ARod batting 3-4 and then Prince hitting 5th as the DH is a terrifying idea.
I'm pretty indifferent to whether he does well or not. I'm not sure why anyone would waste even an iota of time or effort "rooting" for someone like him to fail, but to each their own.
If The Cubs ever actually made that offer for A-Gon then they should be banished from MLB just on principle alone. Were talking 1 year of A Gon here. However, Vitters, Cashner, Theriot, and Colvin might be more realistic. Probably not.
Yeah, that was some really stupid booing. He just got killed like the rest of the side didn't strike out, or like he kind some kind of rally or it was a big spot.
