    Pretty sure if you set up a poll for Cardinals fans as to whether Pujols or Molina was a more valuable Cardinal, Molina would actually win with Eckstein coming in 2nd as a write-in and So Taguchi just barely being edged out by Pujols for 3rd.

    I was outside of Wrigley a little before noon meeting a friend for lunch and we ran into Roark on his way in by the Billy/Santo statues. He was a pretty cool guy. It's easy to fall into the "oh, these guys are baseball players, not REAL athletes"-thing and then you meet someone like that and you realize he's a [expletive] professional athlete and I'm a big fat slob.

    Guyyyyys. I can't believe you guys hate a really good Cardinal player....wtf guys.... I hate the white sox way more than the cardinals so all I've gathered so far is that you guys hate molina more than other good players because 1) he has neck tattoos 2) he's a cardinal got it dont you think thats kind of meatball? He gets the Jeter treatment from everyone. Yup. The Cardinal thing isn't even all that bothersome; there's plenty of players I like on teams I hate. With Molina it's the neck tattoos, that he's a whiny douche and, most of all, that he's talked about in hushed tones (especially in national broadcasts) like he's some kind of insanely good, legendary player.
