    The Cubs should rent DLee out to the Red Sox for the rest of the year. He deserves to be on a good team. Sadly, I could deal with that. A class individual like Lee deserves better than this. And if he asked for a trade, I dont know if I would be angry.

    So take it for what it's worth, but my dad heard from one of his golfing buddies (whose brother works for one of the sports radio stations) that Lou offered to resign during the meeting but Hendry said no. Lou supposedly said that they're not responding to him, and offered his resignation. I've never met the radio guy, but I've met my dads friend and I trust him. Wow, I feel really dirty for posting an internet rumor.
