  1. It's like people don't remember Rose healthy scratching himself for the playoffs after the first knee injury while Thibs was running Deng and Noah into the ground
  2. If you don't think rose is soft then it's just not an attribute you're willing to entertain a pro athlete having tbh
  3. The kind of basketball being played now is borderline indistinguishable from what was played like even just 5 years ago it's p nuts
  4. Not a good shooting night for Lauri Good tank L though
  5. what are the odds the dodgers are doing this too
  6. Fitzpatrick, Ridley, or the best OT on the board.
  7. This is one of the worst running attacks in football
  8. this is as good as blaze pizza and you can make a metric ton of them for the same cost:
  9. See now we are still the best NL team of this generation if we define this generation arbitrarily as since 2015
  10. Living in Texas I will have to vehemently oppose this viewpoint. Astros fans are annoying and obnoxious. http://37.media.tumblr.com/0b68e658ab1821bd439aabe5d9fb5d4f/tumblr_n2egkrwLEc1qhhxd4o1_500.gif i'm spike jonze and the astros are leo in this analogy
  11. Just never seen armpit high pitches hit like this
  12. At least Kevin spacey is coming out as gay during the proceedings
  13. Did gurriel have to hit that damnit
  14. i'm really liking Payton right now to replace Fox. wasn't this theory predicated on the saints having a mediocre or worse season and payton needing a change of scenery
  15. i'm putting shaheen on my horsefeathers list if he doesn't develop some chemistry with mitch now that miller is out
  16. I like everything about his skill set but this is a bug not a feature
  17. please don't let this thread turn into some tired watson/trubisky tit-for-tat
  18. mitch had brown wide open on that last play
  19. Instead we're losing by 11. Conservative game plan = closer losses but ones that have a higher probability of occurring. If you're gonna lose any way, should give Mitch more chances to learn something. I definitely don't think he should be slinging it all over the field but they made some very conservative playcalls in saints territory that led them to 3rd and longs and stalled drives. Incorrect. Closer games give you a higher probability of getting lucky against better teams. It increases the impact of variance. If, for example, you get a ball pop right into your defender's hands for an INT return, that has a bigger impact in a close game. Fun to watch or not, Fox-ball works when you have a crap team. Fox ball works when you have a defense and running game that can Do Things. Otherwise you're just the Browns. Besides, getting Trubisky reps running actual NFL passing concepts is more important than wins and losses
  20. we still might and the point of the game isn't to lose small. trubisky can learn to hand off in practice.
  21. who on earth is calling for that to be overturned, why are they examining the replay like the zapruder film while miller's career is ending on the field
  22. might be the last catch of miller's career that was awful
  23. let's call more slow developing runs off left tackle for -2 yards on first down
  24. does it occur to this fox crew to actually say what happened to long rather than just show him walking around with a club on his hand
