  1. I don't know why we insist on bringing additional defenders to Rose by relentlessly running screens and P&R. It's a simple [expletive] game. Get Korver on the floor, stick him in the corner. Let Rose break his man one on one.
  2. I'm surprised a Bulls fan actually admitted this. Especially since he's going against LOL what's his name? I said it during game 1 how disappointed I was Thibs was being outcoached by Colin Cowherd.
  3. I just can't believe how badly Thibs has been outcoached this series. No adjustments, no ideas on offense (nightmares of VDN not being able to make them pay for double teaming Rose 35 feet from the hoop), no nothing
  4. during Rose's dunk? After Rose lands and McRoberts goes to inbounds the ball he throws a pretty violent elbow at Rose's head for no reason at all.
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bA5nBWxvxKU look at Mcbob gooning it up here
  6. We're gonna get blown the [expletive] out by a real team
  7. Spread out and put Rose at the top of the floor with Korver in the corner. Rinse and repeat. Running actual sets isn't working.
  8. Boozer doesn't want to bang at all. We flash him to the high post and even if he does get it on the block he takes those terrible fadeaways.
  9. If Durant and Westbrook with their Mia Hammesque bodies can hold up in the playoffs then the Bulls can too.
  10. Why? We have [expletive] to work on. I don't know why anyone other than Deng would be any more tired than any other player on any other team with real title aspirations. We're younger than all of them (besides OKC I guess). These are execution problems not fatigue.
  11. he'llbefinehe'llbefinehe'llbefinehe'llbefine
  12. I missed The Dick Stockton Experience last game. Looking forward to it.
  13. The guy who roots for the Thunder is getting incensed about another team's star player drawing fouls COME ON http://thumbnails.hulu.com/4/405/11304_512x288_manicured__cebSQ7wVzEWjz4T+k0-zOA.jpg
  14. More Rose and Korver plz and dont wait until the 4TH
  15. Stream anyone? I'm not gonna make it to the bar in time fuuuuuuuuuuuu
  16. This is a terrible point. Until this season, a Derrick Rose v Rajon Rondo discussion was very valid and hardly dumb, and the rush to overrate players is just part of being a sports fan these days. Let's be real about it too, Rondo has won a championship and last season had an unbelievable run in the playoffs carrying an aged squad to the brink of another ring. He rightly got a lot of love based on that and the fact that he plays in front of a very loyal and obnoxiously vocal fanbase. I love the over the top F RONDO! movement by Bulls fans because in conjunction with my crazy Rose love it allows me to tap into a meatball fan part of my brain that I haven't been able to do for years and years. That doesn't mean I don't think the Rondo/Celtics hate isn't silly. It is. Rondo is a really good basketball player, but has never had the ceiling that Derrick does and now Derrick actually is part of a team that is better than his, so the weird stat cherry-picking and vitriolic inferiority complexes should probably be dropped harder than a D Rose breakaway dunk on Rondo's head because they're just silly at this point. It's pronounced meathead.
  17. Mrs. Shuttlesworth sure is a handsome woman
  18. Yes I admit I rage about your favorite collection of frauds, cowards, and pussies from time to time. I just hate them all so much.
  19. Higher FG% from 16-23 feet than Rose. Rose: 08-09: 43% (13th) 09-10: 44% (5th) 10-11: 38% (21st) Rondo: 08-09: 40% (22nd) 09-10: 33% (35th) 10-11: 41% (10th) Actually not bad. Rose has still hit more (and take a crap more and has been assisted on a lot less) over a 3 year period. These are pretty meaningless in a vacuum. Rondo maybe approaches competence in one situation and that's where is completely wide open for a midrange J. On every other platform he is one of the worst shooters (as a guard at least) in the history of the league.
  20. I'm just illustrating a point that that percentage number you cited is completely irrelevant. I mean we're not really going to entertain the idea that they are comparable at all as shooters are we
  21. If your life depended on either Rondo or Rose making an open jumper from 16-23 feet who would you pick
  22. There's nothing outdated at all about that Rondo flowchart. The guy is actually getting worse as a shooter.
