Well all that winning PSU did with honor and integrity turned out be nothing more than facile pablum didn't it? So it seems you don't know anything more than about it than I do. Your sanctimony rings pretty hollow considering PSU players were being arrested in droves when USC was running afoul of NCAA rules and especially now that it turns out Joe Paterno is a far worse human being than Pete Carroll. In any event, it takes an astonishing amount sort of self delusion to think if PSU hired Saban the overwhelming consensus among Penn State fans wouldn't be positive.

yeah, i can't figure out if GR is trolling or just is unable to connect the dots himself. -nick saban is regarded as a snake oil salesman. he's repeatedly committed himself to coaching jobs, only to leave them soon after when another offer comes along. obviously if he ditched alabama for a lucrative offer, he'd add another mark to this record. -ped state (see what i did there?) has been accused by many people of putting the football program and money ahead of the public embarrassment of a former coach being a child molester. hiring a coach whose ethics have been widely questioned, and hiring him for an unheard-of salary, would obviously be taken as "business as usual, college football is king" by the critics. You can't connect the dots if you don't think PSU somehow getting Saban would be anything other than an unmitigated coup.
