    These are terrible takes. Three players made the thumbs down sign and one of the most prominent baseball reporters out there calls out the two minorities but doesn't mention the white guy. That's bad for a number of reasons but the main one is a racial bias. Racial bias in sports is definitely a thing and we have seen examples of it in the past. But also, Kevin Pillar has a much lower profile than Baez and Lindor and is largely irrelevant. Both of those things can be true. Kevin Pillar has a lot more at stake than Baez or Lindor. Frankie has his contract, and Baez is going to get his. Pillar is just a guy hanging on in the league. It's a horsefeathering horrible take by Buster.
