yes. in the same sense that I could be a stripper Aaron Miles was paid to play the OF in 6 games last season. How many times were you paid to strip last year? 4. I was paid on 2 other occasions to put my clothes back on so we're pretty even
Reed is worthwhile. The other two leave enough to be desired that they shouldn't be considered viable options for a supposed championship contender to fill in 40 games missed by one of its 3-4-5 hitters. Miles can play some OF too, right? yes. in the same sense that I could be a stripper
I also don't know how valid the criticism is of Greene as a pass catcher, as that is something missing from the Ken O'Keefe offense. they simply don't throw the ball to the RB
I doubt he falls to the 3rd. the impressive thing about Greene is he started the season still very much out of shape. I can see him being anywhere between a mid-1st and mid-2nd round selection with a good showing at the combine. is it a good thing that he was out of shape? i'd prefer a running back that worked hard in the off season and came into camp ready to be good. I'm not saying it was a good or bad thing. he wasn't at the university and didn't have access to their training equipment or personnel. he was going to school and working a lot just trying to pay his bills and get back to Iowa.

Didn't know the bit about being out of shape. he was somewhere around 30 pounds heavier just a few short months before the season started after sitting out last year. he could probably afford to lose another 10

If there's more runs batted in by the singles... then yes, they are better. There is never a situation where a single will drive in more runs than a home run. I remember seeing Willie Greene score on his own single against the Expos once http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/MON/MON200005140.shtml
I like to think of Jesus, like, with giant eagle's wings and singing lead vocal for Lynyrd Skynyrd with, like, a angel band. And I'm in the front row and I'm hammered drunk.
thank you for your insight. I'm glad we have an insider here to finally divulge the exact nature of the negotiations. you, my friend, have made it to big time. kudos!
