Geiger's HR was a rather high fly ball that barely stayed fair down the left field line, but it cleared by plenty (it left the stadium, but it's only 315 down that line). Balaguert's HR was a line drive much like Baez's.
Part Petco, Part Alonso not being good. .837 MiLB OPS while being old for some levels. 36 HR in 1300+ MiLB PA. Never understood the hype. I don't believe Alonso isn't a good hitter. As you pointed out Petco is an offensive disaster. He also pointed out less than overwhelming numbers to support Alonso not being that good of a hitter.
Plus I get a bajillion high school and college football games to watch in the fall. There's also lacrosse, fishing, and the WPT if you're into those types of shenanigans.
