He was talking to Willson after the game, presumably finishing the conversation they had in the 9th. Willson probably let him know he missed a call or 2. I'd like to hear if that one went as smoothly as the Rizzo/Angel talk last night. -

Rizzo was at least still putting together some decent at bats, working counts and drawing a couple walks. Russell looked a lot like I would if I was batting tonight.

I'm going in with low expectations, but I think Iowa should be a pretty fun team to watch this year. 11 freshmen and sophomores and only 1 senior. there's even a little bit of talent with some of them.
