  9. guess who... https://www.facebook.com/Cubs/videos/10154795823390659/ they should throw some fucked up mean ones in there
  10. human pelican Joe West will be back. joy!
  11. they played 5 extra minutes, but Peter Jok went 22-23 from the free throw line. I don't care who you are; that's nuts.
  12. How much time will this really save? 38 seconds a week
  13. It seems most analysts think King is a Safety.(as a 2nd or 3rd rounder, he'd be great) I like him and Lattimore, but I do NOT want to take a Corner inside the top 15. Too much depth at that position in this draft. 2nd or 3rd round is still going to have very solid choices available. he's been speculated at safety, but I think his true calling is CB. At the very least, you could make him a safety. I think Lattimore and Humphrey are playmakers. his instincts and hands are terrific, but ultimately I think his lack of speed moves him off CB. I think he's probably going to be closer to 4.6 than 4.5. plus his physicality probably plays better at safety
  14. you dick!
  15. historically it's been he who made the last out takes 2nd, but I'm not sure if that's the actual rule or not. the first man due up in the inning still bats first ETA: I say that because there was a time when it was experimented with runners at both 1st and 2nd, and those had to be 2 consecutive batters in the order but not necessarily the final 2 from the inning before

  17. Schwarber wears number 12 and was out 4 months. 12x4=48. but it was actually a little more than 2 months more than that and 48-2=46 holy. horsefeathers.
  18. But what if he comes up and hits .400/.600/a billion in his first month and it's the worst mistake ever made by anybody ever until it turns out that it really wasn't? OH MY GOD YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT
  19. tie should be ranked somewhere in the 50-75 range on that list, 1 spot ahead of wherever the NFL ends
  20. We started talking about Schwarber last night after seeing those pictures of him looking like the effing hulk, and I went to find some highlights of his dongs, which sadly brought me back to 2015. I realized while watching that it was almost a completely different experience watching highlights of the 2015 team. Still incredibly fun, but just doesn't come with the happiness of knowing where 2016 ends up. That's why it's so horsefeathering great that he got to play in the WS. In like no time he became an indelible and real part of the 2016 team. He's never gonna feel like he was just along for the ride. "Corey Kluber's not in the Arizona Fall League, that is for sure" "I wish he wouldn't, but he's going to strike out 3 times tonight"
