Congrats to Derrek Lee (and his loyal Cubbie fans) for his selection as a starter. Funny thing though. Albert Pujols will most likely DH and remain in the game for it's entirety, while Derrek will be removed (probably after 2 AB's) to allow someone else to play... I hope this sits well with all the Cubs' fans out there.

Having the tying run picked off of 3b in the 8th inning had not previously appeared on my list of how the Cubs find a way to lose. Now it is, and it's reason #384... Truly unbelievable. You Cubs' fans are without question the best in baseball. No kidding, you HAVE to be. -

I totally agree with you. For some reason, Cubs' fans think we don't want Lee to start. Not true. And even though Albert is far more the better player (check the stats from '01-to present), Lee has had an awesome 3 months...

You'll probably post a few times, flip out in a thread in "rivalries" and get banned. I sincerely hope not. I jumped in here to mix it up, in a friendly manner, with some of the best fans in MLB. I hope I'm allowed to set up my lawn chair, ice up a 12-pack, and share some dialogue.

Seriously, I'm unaware of any "charge" of Pujols supporters. In STL, Lee being the starter is not an issue, or even anything worth wasting a minute debating.... Sorry to disappoint you, but if Lee wins the starting spot, The Cardinal fans I'm associated with - won't mind at all.
