    No. Burnitz didn't go on contact, and only went toward the plate when he realized Murton was about 20 feet from 3rd base. he was out by 40 feet. ah. thanks.

    Howdy Len! Would you eat the moon if it were made of ribs? But on another note, how much research (on players, teams, etc.) goes into broadcasting? What, so far, is your best memory of your first season with the cubbies? I've really enjoyed listening to you and Bob in the booth this year, and I hope we will have the privilege for many years to come. Thanks for all your time!

    I think Ronny's out for a few days at least with his hand. Why? or how? HBP yesterday... second inning, IIRC. tried to play defense but had to come out. Xrays inconclusive but there might be a fracture.
