  1. Is there still football in Norman? KIDDING.
  2. Come on, man. Weis made up a four-touchdown difference to Southern Cal in one year. Ty "Molder of Men" Willingham is and always has been a terrible, terrible football coach. Period. Also, can everyone recognize that King Charles's last name is spelled "Weis," please?
  3. 1.4, but your point is well-taken. Sadly, Neifi had the third-most PAs on the team, over 100 more than Aramis. Sigh.
  4. Don't know if it's been said, but maybe Dusty's keeping everyone fresh for the stretch run.
  5. I was a sweeper and made a conscious effort to clean out every flip-thrower I saw, even if it was the opposing sweeper. It annoyed me, for some reason.
  6. So, do you HAVE to slay the English language to get Ozzie to read your e-mail, or does it just help?
  7. I agree that it should be: MSU > ND > Michigan Michigan State was clearly the better team Saturday, though I was impressed with ND. I'm so used to watching them roll over when they're down three scores, that it was exciting watching them fight back.
  8. Not. A. Chance. (hopefully)
  9. I may be wrong but I also think he had talked to Washington long before it was decided that he was going to leave ND. You're not wrong, although that might be a rumor. I also heard that the administration offered Ty the chance to stay if he got rid of his worthless coordinators, and he wouldn't. I'll give Ty credit for his loyalty to them, but I'm not going to cry tears for a guy who played the violin on the Titanic when there was a life raft right next to him. Again, both of those things could definitely just be rumors, though. Like Ty squeezing in a quick 72 holes every week...
  10. What I don't get is why people say Ty was forced out. He forced himself out by losing. Any football program who has a coach that is not meeting their expectations should fire him. Why settle with mediocrity? Nebraska fired Solich after winning 9 games, and there wasn't near the outcry as when ND fired Ty, after having two straight seasons without winning more than 6 games. Ty was a terrible coach, which Washington is now learning. However he has a real low handicap on the golf course. Not only that, but what people fail to realize is that TY is the one who bargained for the buyout clause in his contract. The reason he got less time than every other ND coach is because this is the first coach ND could have fired without paying out his contract. ND didn't break Ty's contract. They exercised an option of the contract. Call me crazy, but I thought that was the whole point of having contracts.
  11. Silly Notre Dame fans calling for the head of statistically one of the worst coaches in Notre Dame history. We have such high expectations!
  12. I love how no one wanted free bleacher seats. Thank you, Dusty.
