According to the James Click series on sac bunts, if a guy has a line greater than .199/.224/.174, he should swing away to maximize the chances of scoring 1 run with a runner on first and one out. Calling for Guz to sac bunt wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world, but it wasn't a no-brainer.
