  1. It looked like Payne got hurt on that final Hail Mary.....Let's hope it's not serious. As far as Orton, I would be shocked if he's not done for the year. That looked really ugly.
  2. Also want to give a big middle finger to Matt Schaub, who is screwing me over.
  3. Screw you Marshawn Lynch. You shouldn't have been out partying all night.
  4. This is going to be just brutal. What a cluster bumble. :banghead:
  5. Well it was a fun season at times guys. Maybe next year.
  6. Well it sucks we couldn't take advantage of a short field there, but I'll take 3 I guess.
  7. What a great way to start! :yahoo: :yahoo:
  8. I didn't know we had Torry Holt on our team! :pig:
  9. Payne has really stepped up play this year though, I've been very happy with him. Also, we get to see Nick Roach at Strong Side Linebacker, replacing Hunter.
  10. And so it begins. I hope we don't come to the All-Star Break next year with Kosuke on the pine.
  11. Both Tillman and Vasher practiced without limits today!
  12. i hope that obama asks to take his oath with his right hand on the koran rather than the bible, just to watch the right wing collectively go insane. That would be worth the firestorm.
  13. I'm pretty confident of a Bears win, but that line has me vexed. I know the Bears beat the line last time they played the Lions, but the Lions have played two tough games since then, and look like a better team. I think I'm just going to have to avoid betting on this game.
  14. "Come back in 100 years"
  15. Consider my line drawn.
  16. "What now?"
  17. When I read about Williams coming back it caught me a little off guard cause I just put him out of my head after his injury in preseason.
  18. I think Chris Williams should be seeing snaps by week 11-12. Any sooner than that would be shocking, but it will be great to hear that he's practicing again. I would have to got with the fact that having a rookie in the OL is dangerous for the QB and the team, and that the Bears don't want to mess too much with a good thing right now. It would be exciting to see him on the field though...
  19. Oh, I almost forgot the darkhorse, Brad Childress.
  20. About time. Who's next? Or rather, who's left? Maybe we should start a NFL coaches pool. I'd say maybe Herm Edwards? Although I have to think Rod Marinelli will be first.
  21. It was a fun article, but it smacks of the stuff that I'd read in SI or ESPN. To summarize my interpretation: "Well, we don't know why they lost these games, and we can't put it on one player since they ALL sucked so bad, so I guess it has to be the manager. And then we'll nitpick about how he rested players or didn't rest them or any other action deemed no longer good". Maybe he should have given a better motivational speech?
  22. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3023/2959527697_5abb15de49.jpg?v=0 I'm so there.
  23. Maybe Len could just run the booth himself?
