Shows Think he will like watching us in the playoffs again? You guys are amazing Na but luckily you guys are average so our above average will be enough. Im sure he enjoyed watching that double go over Fukudome's head Prolly, but I bet he would have had more fun playing in the playoffs. Maybe once he reaches free agency he will have a shot at that. Wait you guys didn't clinch or anything today, did you? Oh wait you are still in third place?

Why won't these Brewers fans just go away. The three of them here out to be able to find 5 or 6 more and start their own board. One where they can moan and cry about how the Cubs catch all the breaks or something?

the cubs' pythagorean W-L actually improved during this series! also, this is the st. louis cardinals roster. you should feel better after looking it over. You should. But then look at 2006 . Think about Jeff Weaver leading them to a title. I feel a lot less better now. -

Shouldn't have thrown beer on him [-X Classy Brewer fans. He's absolutely 100% right about what he said. Of course, coming to say it here as though we have anything to do with that is sort of lame. I'll be sure to go to their board and talk about how they shouldn't have took dirty slides at our catcher once we clinch the division again this year. The minute after.

He is 4 for what 7 in save chances? He also was god awful on opening day. He hasn't gotten the job done. Opening day was the other bad outing. He's given up 2 runs in 12 innings outside those two outings. But he hasn't been good at doing his job. Take out the innings he has thrown where the game wasn't in any doubt. What do his numbers look like then?

Come on, man. What is that his 3rd blown save already this year? Plus the horrible outing in game one. I have had enough of the Wood for closer experiment. I agree, Marmol to closer. Sorry Kerry, but in save situations this year he has been terrible. So you'd rather have Wood/Howry coming in for difficult situations like the one Marmol came in for today? Right. I would rather give Howry a shot at closing. Keep Marmol where he is.
