    I am looking at the board using safari on an iPhone 6 and have been hammered with pop ups today. Likewise. Gone into a redirect wormhole a few times today. And I do not give a horsefeathers if an 18 year old boy has won a bunch of money playing games. Over 10 times and counting now.

    If you're on an android phone, you can always hit the back button to get rid of any popup. If you're on an iphone, well, iphones suck.     I had wondered if I could ever again be all in with a Cubs team after '84, '03, etc. would I always have a doom boner? Last Fall and this year have taught me otherwise. I love these guys.

    I've loved everything about Maddon and this team so far. Please do not let this be a thing. Seems harmless and fun to me. Pretty Maddon-esque Of course it's harmless. It just seems cheesy and a little jumping the shark NBA-like.

    Weather Channel makes it look like the last of it will move through at 1pm. Strange, yahoo weather (on iphone) has the rain starting at 1 and going until 10 pm I was mostly looking at future radar while waking up and drinking coffee. Your forecast is probably more accurate.

    I just don't understand why starting pitching is such a need on this team. Get a lefty specialist and call it a day. Barring anything unforeseen, of course. I thought about doing the research, but figured it would take too long. It is incredibly rare for a team to get 30+ starts from five starters in a year. Someone will go down at some point. Now, if you feel that Warren is ready and able to step in and contribute well, that's a different answer. Sort of. More like I feel like between Jake, Lester, Lackey, Hendricks and even Hammel, this team can absorb having to spot start some guys and still win the division. Once they get to the playoffs, the rotation in place is more than sufficient. In short, sure another starter would be great, but the need is not worth the assets required.
