    Really? I would have to disagree. Well hot might be an overstatement, but she's definitely cute. On a totally unrelated note through 10 innings Bonderman had 12 k's and Zumaya had 5 k's for the Tigers :shock:

    What did he ask him about the toupee? They were showing Ronnie on TV and Pat was commenting on what a nice hairpiece you have on tonight and is that your new gamer? How much did it cost, etc. etc. Cracks me up. For years, I was really annoyed at Pat Hughes and how irritating he can be. But I finally decided it was just so much schtick..... after all, Santo hasn't punched his lights out yet !! I think Ronnie likes the attention

    It's crossed my mind. At least he made the majors, which puts him ahead of many a minor league player. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that put him ahead of all minor league players?

    You must have had different baseball coaches than me. Either that or different football and basketball coaches. We worked awfully hard in baseball, but it was nothing compared to the running and conditioning with the other sports. I watched a few wrestling practices in HS and had a couple of friends on the wrestling team at Iowa (under Dan Gable) and those were by far the most intense. Never seen water polo, but I'm guessing you gotta be in decent shape to tread water that long. No doubt - I'm pretty sure no baseball player has ever been asked to put a teamate on his back and run to the top of the stadium.

    Bill Murray was guest anouncer one time when Harry was ill and they showed a shot of Gregg and then the outfield double doors that the grounds crew uses at which point Murray said that was how they got Gregg on the field. Thought I was going to die. Hope things turn out well for Gregg but doesn't sound too good.

    I'd like to see them do it every day but that probably won't happen in our lifetime.
