    I believe there was another game against the Cards where he hit two. The one where he hit two one inning was aginst someone else I believe? You're right about the playoffs, though. Edmonds could have easily had quite a few bombs. Yep, the 2 in one inning was against the White Sox... so he did indeed accomplish the feat with the Cubs, lol

    I was stunned to hear that Jim Edmonds never did it... and then he did it in one season as a Cub, haha EDIT: maybe he only had one multi-HR game AT Wrigley... I remember the game when he hit 2 in the same innings and then he had a multi-HR game in Milwaukee nonetheless, he should have had about 8 homeruns in the playoffs at Wrigley - he seemed to double to the wall or fly out to the track every AB.

    Besides that one gaffe in LF the other day when the field was wet, Fox has been perfect defensively and until he messes up badly at third base, there is no reason to keep his bat out of the lineup when it's clearly superior to our other options. but not 2 hours after he has caught for 9 innings 1st game = 12:05 2nd game = 7:05 not sure how you only figure 2 hours in between games, but I see your point all the same I suppose

    I'd guess if Aramis can't play both then he'll play the first (with Fox at catcher) and then Fox will take third in the second game. Knowing Lou, it would have a better chance of being Fontenot at 3B with Blanco or Baker at 2B.
