This one wasn't as bad because Fuku usually makes contact against RHP but doing it with Soriano, Soto or Lee up there is just plain stupid.

As much as I am a believer in teh pixi3 dust, I'm willing to wait one more start when Smoltz will face an actual MLB lineup and not the Padres. -

Didn't mean to rip on you, but I've never ever heard of someone being both a Cubs/Cards fan. And that comes from someone that lives in split territory for most of the year. If the Cubs/Cards rivalry isn't a "rivalry," I don't know what is. Recent years, yes. I'm not so caught up in it, as I follow both. And my sympathy always lies with the underdog, which started out as the Cards this year, and has now swerved to the Cubs. BTW, I'm also a Hawks/Bulls fan and a Rams/Cardinals fan. I suppose you're also a Bears/Packers fan and Lakers/Celtics as well
