    He's not a great manager but VERY few people picked the Reds to win the division, so he deserves it. A manager that does not make the playoffs should never win mgr of the year, IMO.

    Why would the Cubs open on a Saturday? the 2nd is a Friday, the 1st is a Thursday , I can't think of any other reason (other than the opening of their park) that the Nats have been on ESPN, ever.
