I agree, i hate the ballgame crap when a team gets one run, however consider me concearned. We're not hitting,pitching or fielding. Everything is magnified cos it's all happening at once but we need to have a good ballgame where we club the living daylights out of someone. It will prob happen tomorrow as i can't watch the game!!

Seeing as no one is supposed to say anything bad or get down on the team cos this is just a 'slump' when are people actually going to get a little tetchy? when the phillies are 6 behind? 5 ? 4? or when we're praying for the phils and mets to knock each other out the wildcard??

are you watching this game?? No offense but people are frustrated we are fielding and pitching like absolute crap, this team has a history of losing. Peeople can be more than excused for freaking out following this team.

I have absolutely no idea with lees numbers and the way he is hitting why Hoff didn't start against a RHP tonight?? I agree with most it's time for a Lou bomb this has gone on long enough.........

What i love the most is that we really needed a vet pitcher to give us a solid not great peformance after Z and Harden raising everyones blood pressure this week and lilly delivers this?????

I like to think i'm fairly rational (even when it comes to the cubs!!) but if they blow it this season ie don't even make the playoffs that's going to hurt as much as some of the worst things that have ever happened in my life. On a brighter note we haven't just lost 3-0 to Arizona and are heading for the golf course. This is when we need Lee,Ramirez and Sori to step up.

I totally disagree, he needs to point out that we are a baseball team 30 games over .500 We don't need to rely on emotion and passion. We need to go out and execute as we had been doing all season. Clear minds and all that...............

I think getting out of town is the best thing for this team. People are going to be saying all the stuff kaplan is all the time. Go win some series on the road and get ready for october. Zambrano is just being.....zambrano. You knew all the poss if you signed this guy long term. Only thing that surprises me is that there is no talk of shark starting. If these losses had been spread out this isn't even an issue. You have a team that isn't exactly firing on all cylinders behind you. We don't need anything other than adequate pitching to beat the reds and St louis we just need some life from the bats. If this was any other team than the cubs no one says anything. I'm sure brewers felt like this after we kicked thier butts. They got after it and still lead the wildcard, now lets go play the kind of baseball we're capable of for a couple of series.

When it's all said and done if we limp in to the playoffs on one leg or with no arms or shoulders or elbows then worry about matchups etc. If we don't see harden & Z again until october but get in i won't lose a second of sleep.

I know alot of people freak out about facing the diamondbacks but i would much rather face them than this lot they scare me, plus we seem to play like idiots when we play them.

His wrist was fine in the first month... Then it's just totally unacceptable that he can't make an adjustment. I just don't understand how you don't try something different. The only thing he looks like he's trying is to be less open in his stance.....surely that was what gave him the biggest success in the first place? i cringe even watching his cuts in the on deck circle something isn't right....... the one thing i have noticed with lee is that he stopped doing the head check ala coco that he was doing when he was raking earlier this season i don't know why he stopped doing it because it was working If you watch close when he's taking some cuts he looks like most when they first grab a golf club in front of the pro.....very uncomfortable!!!
