  1. chad ford twitter: "source says nets' meeting with lebron was 'tremendous.' How tremendous? "Front runner tremendous."
  2. The recession is clearly over.
  3. Bosh and Wade are both in Chicago and teams are flying to Chicago to met them. They both have the same agent and he's based out of Chicago.
  4. I bet there's a page like that for each team that is in contention for Lebron...and this one just accidentally got published. There wasn't. It was only the Bulls. A search on NY, NJ, Miami, turned up nothing. ...... Like I said...the Chicago one must've gotten accidentally published. I'm sure the pages are created for all the teams. And just not published. Nope. He's a Bull. YIPEEE!

  6. If you go to the drop down box on the 2nd link it still has Flip Murray as #6. The picture says James. Thank you, Captain Obvious. It took me a minute to notice it, I thought it was linked just cause the #6 was up there with all the Rose jerseys. They took it down. This story just hit chicagosports.com How strange?
  7. This has to be the craziest Free-Agency in the history of sports.
  8. Even if she was great in the sack it wouldn't matter. No one girl can satisfy you with so many choices. Why in the world did he ever get married?
  9. No way he goes back to Cleveland. I just don't see it happening.
  10. Predictions: Lebron James - Bulls Chris Bosh - Miami Dwayne Wade - Miami Joe Johnson - Bulls Amare Stoudamire - Knicks (?) Dirk Nowitzki - Dallas
  11. Is this S&T being discussed? Or are we just throwing out ideas?
  12. How about ever? Yeah
  13. I just want to get Lebron and let the rest fall into place. I haven't been this nervous about a FA in quite some time.
  14. They have no control over rumors.
  15. This is getting to BR levels.
  16. I thought the Bulls were his first choice? Unless he knows that James and Bosh are coming to the Bulls? Hmmmmm.....
  17. No. Just a very nervous Bulls fan.
  18. Bosh will take a max and Lebron will take a cut. If they are really serious about this they can make it work.
  19. Coming from any other poster, I'd agree. This guy really seems to bask in it though. like i said, there's a understand the difference between a person venting about the cubs sucking and hoping the cubs suck. i want the cubs to win as badly as anybody. the problem is that i want them to win too much, which makes me get more pissed to see them do the same stupid things over and over again. It was pretty obvious this is what you meant.
  20. So yeah, they'd have to move Beasley. Or they can take less then the max. If Bron is leaving 30 million on the table with the Cavs what's a couple mil less a year?
  21. Actually, yes I do think that. Because, especially if Kobe gets one more ring, every mention of Kobe's greatness is going to compare him to Jordan. And people are going to say that Jordan did it without a true big man in the middle. Yeah, I guess I can see that argument.
  22. Do you really think when Kobe retires people are going to say his first three rings don't count because he played second fiddle to shaq? No, they are going to say he has x amount of rings.
  23. I'm still not worried. For one, there are people I consider cap experts, or at least cap knowledgeable people on RealGM that are saying that Miami can't sign all 3 even if Beasley is traded. I guess it's possible that one or more of them sign for less, but it doesn't seem plausible. That's something you do in your 30's when your willing to sacrifice stats and whatever to win a title that has eluded you your career. I cant imagine Wade and James and even Bosh are willing to sacrifice their stats in the prime of their careers, when they are worried about things like legacy, and being amongst the greats of NBA history. In 20 years people will start to forget that these players sacrificed their careers for titles, and start only looking at numbers and see that LBJ for instance doesn't compare with other greats. Anyways, it's possible that LeBron is considering this, but ultimately I don't think he can allow himself to do that. It's between Chicago and Cleveland in my mind. Winning championships will be their legacy.
  24. I swear only the Cubs. What a disaster.
