    ground ball to third, the 3B made a great dive, but couldn't make the throw (Hesitated, looked like he thought about second. Cedeno is done. Send him back to AAA and try someone else for a while. For 5 games? 5 games? It's been more then 5 games...

    He missed last nights game because of his new kid. and today According to Mulligan and Hanley on the Score, it was Loria's idea for Girardi to take time off. His wife isn't due till next week, but since the team was going to be out of town, and with the tropical storms and what not, they didn't want Girardi to miss it. It's of course pure speculation as to whether Loria had some ulterior motives. A week off? Seems kinda strange, espically when your team is right in the think of it for the WC.

    Do you really think the bullpen is fine? We have lost a lot of games thanks to the pen this year. Howry has not been as good as advertised. Howry has been good, the problem is he's overworked. Pre-Allstar he's at a 3.12 ERA. Post-Allstar he's at 4.43. Our bullpen is 8th in the NL out of 16 teams and pitched the most innings. No reason to go out and spend more money on Relief pitching...

    No to Pierre, unless he wants a 1 year deal, which won't happen. LF I'd rather sign Soriano then C.Lee. 2B No to Cedeno! Sign a Loretta type of Vet. Bullpen is fine. Sign another starter (At least!)

    I'd feel more comfortable beginning next year with Izturis at SS! Cedeno is brutal...
