    He could Appeal right? I'd say so. Not sure if he will though. With our luck on stuff like this, not likely. Why wouldn't they? Actually, with them still being in the race, I'd bet they will. I feel dumb - it just dawned on me they're in the race (somewhat at least). So, yeah, they should appeal. Not sure how appeals processes work at the end of the year like this. They push this back just a few days, he may not have any games to sit out. Or perhaps the beginning of next year?
