    Just like they really wanted cliff lee last offseason and went out and got him. Based on his previous comments NY doesnt seem like his ideal place to live. Doesn't matter. More times then not a player will go to the highest bidder. If I remember right CC wasn't that high on NY either. It's rare that a player will take less money to play elsewhere.

    No. If the Yanks want Wilson they are going to get them. Period. And whats with the Maddux bandwagon? Let's see what he has to say because beyond he's a good pitching coach none of us knows what kind of manager he will be. LR was a good pitching coach also.

    He has learned to like winning? Sure, he might have a taste for blood and that's now all he craves, but I think him having already won a couple WS actually makes him more likely to go to a non-immediate contender than someone like Fielder. This isn't a LeBron/ARod-type situation, so sky's probably pretty much the limit so long as the money is right. He's going to the highest bidder.

    Maybe the other teams didn't report it yet. Why would he pull his name just from the Red Sox? Or maybe Boston is a bad fit for him and he decided not to waste his time or theirs. It is well known that his daughters go to college in the DFW area and that he just built a house. He has a good thing going so I am sure there will be, as there always is, some family consideration. But if he decided he didn't want to manage, he would have pulled the plug entirely, which he hasn't done. How would he know it's a bad fit without a interview? Why would Chicago be better for his family?

    I would not be OK with a 10/300 deal for Pujols. Way too much, IMO 10/300 is just insane. i'd pay a 25 year old guy 10/300 if he was a once in a generation player. but not a 31 year old. then again, i bet albert ends up with a 8/9x25m+. He's not getting 10 years or 300 million. No way in hell would any team pay that.

    I saw Gwyneth Paltrow at NoBu in NY 7-8 years ago and she was flirted with me. Oh, and a good friend of mine friend (I know him, but not that well) dated and lived with Shyla Stylez. Went to a Motley Crue concert with them and she flashed her boobies to Tommy Lee's [expletive] cam. True story. Tommy Lee said "yummy" That's all I got.
