    [expletive] that, put it in Seligs hands. What kind of agreement can they possibly come to that they couldn't over the past 3 weeks or so? What's the problem waiting another week? Or another month? If it's haggling over a low to mid level prospect...what's the hurry? We got Theo. That's the important part. My guess....the Red Sox know they don't have a lot of precedent to use, so they longer they can keep Selig out of it, the better for them. Exactly. No one is losing sleep over this and they both are trying to re-org their respective teams.

    Like I said, it's probably just because I eat and breathe baseball from April-October, not because I'm an idiot savant. I'm kinda surprised most people can't, given that most of us play fantasy baseball and at least glance over all these names more than a few times a year. What kind of fantasy leagues do you play in? 60 team leagues? Fantasy pool isnt that deep. Besides looking over the roster hardly means committing every name to memory. Taking the bear minimum of the 25 men on a roster at any given time, you will fail to name 8 off the top of your head. I guess I'm just a freak. No, it's a gift. Use it wisely son.

    That article is the best Theoblast yet. It's unbelievable how awesome their approach to everything is. [expletive] this rules It's awesome, but isn't it common sense? I'm shocked all teams don't do this? When you go for a job interview they always throw you real world problems to see how you would handle it. At least they do in the tech world. EDIT: Remember the days the Cubs would give managers mental evaluation tests! LOL!

    that's not unrealistic. pujols was great last year, but he wasn't 1.050 OPS albert, and they still made the playoffs without wainwright. wouldn't the return of wainright offset the .915 OPS or whatever that labert gave them last year? then again, you probably can't expect berkman to duplicate his 2011 season What about the Brewers then? Without Fielder can they still make it to the playoffs. I mean they still have Braun.
