    If there were any semblance of logic in the O's front office, we would have Roberts. Can't really blame Stone for not foreseeing that kind of stupidity. Big mistake by them. Anyway, Hendry has a history of getting major deals done when the Cubs are legit contenders at the deadline (last year notwithstanding). With the Cubs on the cusp of a possible championship season, I could see him giving up whatever it takes (if he has enough, that is) to attempt to secure that championship. We'll see. Yep. If there is a deal Hendry will get it done.

    Come 7/31, we and they'll probably have a much better idea what chance they actually have at a playoff spot. Do you honestly see anyone else running away with that division? Cleveland bound to make a run sometime this year.

    It'll take more then Pie and Hill to net CC, and quite honestly I don't see the Indians dealing. They have a chance to get to the playoffs with Him and zero chance without him.

    His abuse of Marmol is just weird? He for the most part protects the starters really well, that's why it's so puzzling why he is so in favor of using Marmol every damn day!

    For all of their problems so far, the AL Central is so bad this year that they could get back into it with a minor winning streak. The White Sox have won, but their hitters are showing signs of old age and Guillen's rants will add to their downfall. The Twins always seem to be competitve, but they're a flawed team. Who knows what happened to the Tigers. I still think the Indians take this division.

    I stop watching when it was 8-1. I had 3 friends frantically calling me saying are you watching the Cubs?!?!!? I said yea we are getting killed. He said just turn on the TV - I did and I was stunned to see a score of 10-9. Wow! What a game!
