  1. I don't have the feeling. As for the White Sox continuing to spew their garbage, all they are doing is trying to get coverage for their team. There thing bad coverage is better then no coverage. I resent them for trying to get coverage for their team at the expense of the Cubs, cause it's bitter, juvenile, and tremendously unprofessional. As long as the Cubs continue to take the high road, and let the White Sox continue to put their foot in their mouth, all is fine. Let the White Sox continue to be immature, the Cubs are the classier team, anyways. Yea, it's getting quite embarrassing on the South Side...
  2. The Cards are seriously going to sweep Boston? In Boston!
  3. Mariotti is a complete hack, but it's always an amusing read when he and the Sox rip each other.
  4. AH! Its Rothschild's fault. I just knew it couldn't be the beloved wunderkind Hill. How about maybe the previous year and a half were more of an aberration and the league figured him out? One good pitch, one average pitch and he wasn't able to be aggressive anymore. Yea, I'm not sure it's LR fault. Hill clearly states his arm angle changed from last year.
  5. Well, I'm glad it's just mechanical. Hopefully, eventually, that'll be corrected. I'm just worried 2 pitching coaches haven't been able to correct it.
  6. I'm not even sure it's mechanics anymore. Mechanics you can fix but, he's progressively getting worse and worse. He can't even last 1 inning??!?! It's gotta be purely mental at this point, unless his back it worse then he's saying it is.
  7. This is getting bizarre. It's like he forgot how to pitch.
  8. I just checked the Iowa's box scores and I wish I hadn't. Hill didn't even make it out of the first inning. Wow! Poor kid!
  9. Holy crap! I forgot Hill was pitching tonight and just checked the box scores. BRUTAL!!! I'm speechless.
  10. Well it's true.
  11. BR doubles with 1 out.
  12. Not much of a prediction.
  13. Bah! One of those games.
  14. Cubs win, Z's going to be fine, Sori healing nicely, all we need know is a Brewer and Cards loss.
  15. 4-0 Balt and they are still batting.
  16. I'd never thought I say this but I hope so.
  17. Now that's a epic thread starter. I feel real good about this game. Wrigley's going to spread her wings and Ram and Soto are going deep.
  18. I get a kick out of crying Sox fans on the radio.
  19. Give him a month off to be sure. I'd rather have a rested and ready Z for the second half.
  20. I thought a strain was just a pull. A pull is a tear. When you pull or stretch a muscle too far, there are micro tears in the muscle fibers. Every time you lift weights you have micro tears in your muscle. Good to know I don't have any micro tears.
  21. Relatively, it is good. Very good. I had serious concerns about losing him for the season. Plus the rest wouldn't hurt him. He's not out of the woods yet. A minor tear doesn't always stay minor, even if you let him rest awhile. Then it is season over, and possibly more. Leave it to Kyle for encouraging words. Dude!
