    Houston has to have a fast gun. Billy Wagner led the league in pitches 100 mph or more for a few years in a row. I went to see the Cubs play there and Farnsworth hit 100 about 5 times in 1 inning. Wagner was leading the league with somewhere around 30-40 100 mph pitches in a season. How many do you think Farnsworth would have had if he pitched there everyday? It is obvious that there gun is fast.

    82 pitches, he's got another inning in him. I might get him out before the middle of their lineup though. Why? First start end him on a high note. Dusty will let him pitch until he comes up to bat so he can do a double switch.

    We have always done well in the system with pitchers, once they get to the big legues though Dusty likes to destroy their arms. Who's arm has dusty destroyed? Wood, Prior, Fox off the top of my head. EDIT: And then there was the time he accidentally used Bobby Brownlie's ligaments as catfish bait.... Wood and Prior? First off Wood has been destroyed since highschool, and as far as I know Prior has never had surgery right? Also is Running into Giles or taking a line drive off the elbow is Dusty's fault? In 2003 Wood's arm was fine that year coupled with 04 and the pitcher abuse he put on Kerry have essentially ended his career. Pitcher abuse crap proves nothing! I'm sick of all that talk. Power pitchers get hurt...From Beckett to Burnett to Ben Sheets. Every pitcher is different. Right and when abused they are more likely to get hurt. You people are talking 2003! Three years ago! Let it go. Believe what you want to believe. I believe they were abused.

    Carlos had a no-hitter lastnight until I got online and noticed he had a no-hitter through 7. I had been out mountain biking with my g/f, and when we got home I went and looked at the score. As soon as I saw they didn't have any hits.....well, they got a hit.
