    Did he tell you how bad mUNroe smells? Seriously...the paper mill smells awful. Actually, unless it's raining you don't usually smell the mill in Monroe. West Monroe, now that's where you'll pick up the smell of the mill. Oh, o.k. I forgot which town to mill was in.

    Not to defend Raffy, but Winstrol is a fairly weak steriod. You're balls won't shrink, and I doubt you feel any different. Except for the sore ass. :lol: Where do you come up with that? Can you back that statement up?

    How many games has he lost or blown lately? I'm sure someone will tell me his stats and tell me how solid he is, but I don't see it.

    Oh, my god. Unless of course Holla gets a hit to tie the game!!!!! :D Holly has just been unlucky dude. Man, he's been hitting the ball hard. Sometimes things just don't go the way you'd like dude.

    He's your closer. For bettter or worse. I'm smoking cigarettes like it's my job right now. I hate smoking, but I am forced to secondhand smoke about 2 packs/day. I ride around with this old dude at work, and he smokes constantly. Doesn't even roll his window down. He just flicks his ashes in the floor of the truck. Yikes. That's not good. Just hope he doesn't set his truck on fire. It's our company truck.

    For what it's worth Stone this morning on the score said he was to come up soon. when he is back do you think he gets the same type of ovation that manny got when he finally played? I hope he gets a standing ovation, the kid has been through alot and I hope we show him that we appreciate his efforts... I would like to see that too. It's not like he wasn't trying to do his best. I'd love to see him come back and feel welcome.

    No. But being a guy who wants to see every possibility exhausted to get Manny to the Cubs, I'd sure love to think that way! Even if ARam is part of the package sent back to Boston like Steve Stone was saying? I'd love to have Manny here as well (provided Boston picks up a large chunk of his salary) but not if it is going to cost us someone like ARam who we couldn't replace easily. Ok, I DEFINITELY wouldn't do that. What I meant to say was, we should exhast every possibility THAT MAKES SENSE to get Manny to the Cubs. Trading either of ARam, DLee, Prior, Z, Barrett, or Murton would not make too much sense. MM maybe as he's a LF too, but that dude's got a huge upside it would appear, would like to hold on to him for a bit longer. Barrett is tradeable, especially if they throw Shoppach into the trade with Manny. Didn't Shoppach get traded already?

    Do you think Dante Bichette will bat 3rd or 4th?? I was thinking about Bichette the other day. What ever happened to him. I know that he obviously retired, but I don't ever remember hearing about it or anything. More strictly enforced drug policy? Oh yeah, I forgot all the players stopped taking performance enhancing drugs. :roll:

    Amen. How convenient he has a "family commitment" to keep him away this year. I have to admit, I am glad he's not going to be there. He doesn't deserve to see Ryno's induction. He probably has to go kiss Barry Bond's butt that day.

    Joe is so articulate. He should give public speaking lessons. It took him until the 5th inning to mention Barry Bonds. I was guessing he would by the 3rd.

    I did see Dusty talking to Hairston after the game, but I didn't really pay attention to what he was saying. I didn't want to listen to Dusty b/c I was afraid I would get dumber.
