    Any thoughts on bringing him back on a 2 year deal or so? Could be a very solid set-up guy for Dempster or is he way way way too old? Just curious.

    I have came to the conclusion this year that I really don't care about the playoffs. There's not really that team you can root for as an underdog besides the Padres, who don't have a prayer. Any of you guys feel the same way?

    Tejada. I don't have a link or anything, but I'm pretty sure I heard that on a Sports Radio show somewhere. That's why it's a rumor at this point and will be one for a long time.
