    i've been kinda disappointed w/ xm so far...they don't have up to date listings and yesterday's game was nowhere to be found. they had them last week. Just can't find them this week at all.

    I'm not sure what this means. I think he means that some people are being a little over dramatic. Yes, you guys are instantly thinking that they are going to have a spot on the main roster which isn't the case. Easy the reins on the saddle a little bit. Nothing wrong with Restovich or Ojeda playing in Iowa and Grissom sitting on the pine in Chicago and batting against lefties. who assumed that? No one did, but it seems like some of them are assuming the worst with all these "bad" players on the roster. Can you blame us? Honestly. Can you blame Cub fans for thinking the worst when old and/or crappy players who have no business near this team are signed? No, I can't blame you at all. I know how Baker uses veterans more than the new bloods.

    Bruce Levine indicated on ESPN radio this morning that he didn't believe Hendry would go after Weaver because of perceived value, i.e., performance delivered vs. price point. Bruce thinks Hendry is very encouraged by Angel Guzman's AFL outings enough that Guzman may have a shot at cracking the rotation in ST. Also, Bruce indicated that Hendry will probably wait until early Feb. to see if there is a diamond in the rough from the non-tendered group of pitchers. Hoops Thank you for the update.
