The whole point of why he was supposed to come back last year and why people were mad about his decision to ignore his doctor's advice is because knee pain like this is a normal function of completing the rehab of his repaired knee. His knee needs to remodel itself through strenuous use of his new mechanics. If he had come back when he was supposed to, this wouldn't be happening. That said, this isn't a big picture issue. Edit - Exactly what banedon said.

Sigi doesn't appear to have a very firm grip on his team. Very clear the Dempsey signing disrupted their chemistry. $ will do that, though.

Now watch them do the most El Tri thing possible and take NZ lightly, lose 1-0 on the road and draw at home. Just a question: who on earth, besides Jurgen, rates Mix Diskerrud higher than Sacha Kljestan as a starter at CM at this point in their careers? I like Mix, but Sacha is better, more experienced, more refined, more composed and plays for a bigger club in a bigger league and plays 90 every game.

Pretty much the best roster available considering injuries. So now my trip to Washington that I planned when Deuce signed, centered around watching him vs the Whitecaps and camping in three national parks, is pretty much fucked on all levels.

Jozy's body language is getting very testy. He's tired of bringing down long balls with no one to lay it off to. Gardner also screwed him out of a goal by panicking for no reason and freezing with the ball with Jozy in front of an open goal.
