Lou hates Barrett. He said something to him after Barrett was picked off, and Barrett decided to argue with him. I think he's looking for any reason not to play the guy. That would be unfortunate, considering that Hill can't hit his way out of a paper bag, and Barrett was just starting to heat up, despite his poor fielding. hill has had three hits in the last two days...including a sac bunt that was clutch

i agree, but you gotta take the error into consideration because he got the ground ball he needed with 1 out in the inning...DeRo gets that and no runs score that inning Exactly-DeRosa picks that one up, and suddenly Marquis has allowed 1 hit, 0 runs, and struck out 7 through 6 innings. He also walked 2 that inning, and hit the pitcher. Derosa should have made that play, but plenty of blame goes to Marquis in that inning. o yeah ... i'm by no means letting marquis off the hook for hitting the pitcher... but it wasn't AS bad nor AS good as people are saying

he was great for every inning but one. I wouldn't call it a great outing, but it's not like he gave up 10 runs in 1 1/3 and he did go into the 6th inning...plus marmol pitched well to save the pen a bit

Now that you mention it, I probably am hungry enough to eat crow. Stupid lunch not making itself so I could eat... haha...i went to burger king in the top half of the inning cuz i thought it was pretty much over. but they didn't have crow on their dollar menu...so disappointing
